LAW 259. Comparative Criminal Justice Systems

Study of the variations in patterns of corruption and political crimes as well as patterns of law enforcement and adjudication among political systems. Examples are drawn from a variety of political systems: democratic, communist, and modernizing. (Same course as Government 259.) (Offered every semester.)
Prerequisite: English 101. In addition Government 101 or permission of the section instructor.
