PAD 340. Planning

Analysis of the techniques of planning, decision making, and implementation of change in the public sector. Evaluation of methods available for identifying needs, managing short- and long-term plans, monitoring change in a systematic way. Emphasis on planning as an administrative tool in a democratic/political environment. (Offered every semester)
Prerequisite: English 102 and Public Administration 240.
