PSY 379. Field Work in Forensic Psychology

Supervised experience assisting psychologists in their assessment, management and treatment functions. Students will work in an applied institutional setting, such as a prison, special treatment clinic, hospital, or rehabilitation setting. Training will include interviewing and taking case histories, observation, staff and case conferences. (Offered every semester.)
Prerequisite: English 102, Psychology 242 and majoring in forensic psychology.
Hours to be arranged., Each 3 credits.
